When will the images be posted?

In most cases, within 2 business days from the last day of the photo shoot. Be sure to register your student’s passcode and you will be notified when the images are ready to view.

Is it possible to place a single order for multiple siblings?

Yes! Both students can be placed on the same order, simply place the order on the first student, then click on “Change Gallery” (in the upper left of the screen) and enter the gallery code of second student.

How long will the delivery take?

All orders are shipped home. Estimated delivery time is 3 weeks.

Can I crop the images?

Yes. You will find this option within the shopping cart. If you crop the image, an enlargement of the selected area is created.
