FAQ's

I can’t order online. What do I do?

Simply use our CONTACT FORM, tell us your school, student’s name, grade for that year and teacher’s name and we will email you a proof and an order form that can be printed within 2 business days.

When will images be posted?

In most cases, within 2 days from the last day of the photo shoot.
If a group photo needs approval from the school, it will be posted after approval (normally less than a week after the initial photo shoot).

Can I order multiple poses?

Yes. And build packages with multiple poses, too!
The best part is you get to see what you are ordering.

What if I lost my online passcode?

No problem! The school office has each students passcode.

Or simply use our CONTACT FORM, tell us your school, student’s name, grade for that year and teacher’s name and we will e-mail you the passcode.

We will email your online code within 2 business days.

Can my student have make-ups even though they already had their pictures?

Yes! If your school is scheduled for make-ups, just sign-up in your school’s front office.

Can I order after the due date, or photos from previous years?

Yes! We would love to help you retrieve your students memories from previous years.

Simply use our CONTACT FORM, tell us your school, student’s name, grade for that year and teacher’s name and we will send you a proof or link to your proofs.

(Shipping and handling charges will apply to all late orders).

Can I order for multiple students on one purchase?

Yes! Once you’ve completed the first student’s order and are in the shopping cart, click on the “Change Gallery” button and enter the next student’s passcode. Their photos, and shipping, will combine at checkout.
